The Mythos Leadership Approach
If the last several years of volatility – economic, political, social, existential – have taught those of us in leadership development anything, it’s that standard executive coaching and leadership training just won’t cut it anymore.
People have needed more emotional support, empathy, inclusion, humanistic leaders and cultures, better systems and processes to lean into, and stronger social connections. Unprecedented times call for unparalleled approaches.
Leaders and teams who don’t proactively develop resilience, expand their capacities to heal, learn and grow quickly and work together in more nuanced and intelligent ways, will fail to meet the needs of their stakeholders, never mind be able to innovate.
While the complex challenges we collectively face may change, they continue to emerge…
“Some of the biggest rising skills of the coming years of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are going to be creativity, collaboration, interpersonal dynamics, and teamwork.”
