“Amy helped me navigate through a very challenging year in which I successfully integrated back to work after maternity leave and worked through some conflict around my role change.

With her support, I dramatically increased my ability to connect to my own vision and empathic leadership style at work and let it shine. I'm more aware of and at peace with what I can and cannot control now. I also reduced my emotional reactivity at work and have finally been able to detach from work identification. It's just work, it's not me.

I have greatly improved my ability to get through work with more ease, reduce my day-to-day stress and find inspiration and a sense of fun in everyday moments both at work and beyond.

I increased my confidence in my decision-making -- my intuition is stronger and I’m able to make better decisions more quickly. I now have tools to figure out what I need to do in a tough situation to make a decision I will feel good about. I know how to deal with especially challenging days better.

I have taken back my own agency --- I am in control of my own narrative, not the work culture around me. I believe that how I truly see myself is how others will see me.

I’ve learned that creating space to meet my own needs and prioritize my family actually helps me be more thoughtful, original and better at my job. I will always remember that I am capable of doing whatever I set my mind to. I don't need external validation to feel secure and pursue my goals anymore.

In every session, Amy helped me come back to myself and get to the core of what I needed to understand or realize. As a result, I feel more grounded in my inner knowing and can see myself more completely. I also feel more patient about life decisions and transitions.

Amy used Jungian Coaching techniques and taught me her own Prima Materia Mindfulness Meditation which has helped me surface deeper self-awareness. This has become an important way now by which I listen to myself, using my heart not just my head.

Amy also shared with me an inspiring model for recovery from loss and crisis that allows transformation to happen. Now I trust the process of transformation so I can be okay with unknown stages of life. I don't always need to solve or act on everything.

I appreciated that I could bring my whole self to each session with Amy. I could be real with her and dig deep. She always made me feel comfortable to express the truth within me, with her kindness and encouragement. She also often saw my potential in areas I couldn’t see myself. I highly recommend Amy and look forward to working with her again!”
