“Amy’s coaching was very catalytic to my transformation over the past six months. I experienced an instant deep dive in our sessions, and I would not have been able to go so deep without Amy. She created a psychologically safe space, and I felt her stay with me every step of the way – no matter how difficult it got. She listened closely to me and the way she paraphrased my words back to me gave me deeper insights into myself. She managed to be both firm and yet gentle with me at the same time. I felt her support from her cheering me on, as well as giving me tough-loving nudges when needed.

In our first session, I went from wanting a career change but not knowing what kind, to realizing I wanted to set up my own business and also co-creating with others, being innovative and managing change processes. I am now happily working on my business ventures.

When I was struggling with the steps leading to my long-term goal, our coaching session surfaced for me that I had an old inner bully/saboteur voice that came from my parents. This was making everything I did harder than it needed to be. Amy helped me come to a new perspective – that I don’t actually have to scale walls to succeed – I can use less effort and be more effective. It was like getting a three-day retreat in an hour!

Later, I hit a creative block in launching my business, but Amy helped me discover that my old programming to be rational, realistic and a “good girl” was interfering. I wanted to shut up this voice in my head but found it difficult to tell a part of myself to do that. Her coaching process revealed that it wasn’t actually me, it was the voices of my parents and society. This realization freed me to push back on the voices, be creative and actually have fun doing so.

Before coaching, I hadn’t realized how deeply my old patterns were still entrenched and operating beneath my awareness. Now that I know, I’m no longer trapped by them.

There have been other shifts too: Before, I didn’t trust my own perspective and tended to clam up and not share as much with others. Now I’m vocalizing my thoughts and ideas and I get very positive feedback from others -- they appreciate my point of view. I’m not so shy anymore.

I now believe in myself and the vision I have. I’m not playing safe anymore; I’m expressing and doing what I would like to do. It’s becoming easier to show vulnerability and admit when I don’t know something. I have a positive and kind inner voice now. I feel my own needs stronger now and I honor them. I am in the driver’s seat of my life.

Amy truly creates her own unique way of coaching, combining a variety of the best tools and processes from different methodologies (including Jungian coaching) in a custom way for the client’s needs in the moment. If I hit a snag in a session, she’d take a different, creative tack that produced the shift I needed. It is a pleasure to work with someone as resourceful, creative, and with such a good energy as Amy.

Besides all the insights, Amy’s coaching has given me a new impulse, more playfulness, confidence in myself, and an even more positive outlook on reaching my vision.”
