“Working with Amy was a truly transformational adventure that invigorated my self-confidence, expanded my capacity to lead, and left me feeling more fulfilled and optimistic about my life. I have taken on a new control of my life and learned to manage stress in a way I didn’t think was possible. Ultimately, I got the promotion I really wanted!

Thanks to this work, I got clarity on the kind of strong leader I always aspired to be. I began practicing these behaviors and cultivating a high-empathy, high-performance culture for my team. I’ve also received positive feedback at work that my overall demeanor and ability to engage with new challenges has noticeably improved.

Working with Amy has benefited me outside of my work life as well. Amy helped me uncover some deeply rooted limiting beliefs and explore how these early life experiences have impacted me and my behaviors. She also guided me in identifying the attitudes that haven’t served me and discovering my ability to write my own story. I am now more positive, more self-aware, and more kind to myself without sacrificing my authenticity.

With Amy’s guidance, I incorporated a meditation she taught me into my weekly routine. This meditation has had secondary benefits to me, including finding a new way to self-regulate my emotions, building a routine that suits my needs, and continuing my journey of self-discovery.

I really enjoyed when Amy brought a new creative coaching method she was studying, Jungian Coaching, into the mix. I had unforgettable, transformational experiences during these sessions. I was able to surface and get access to some inner wisdom, insights and support for myself I didn’t even realize was available. I now fully trust I have the resources I need inside of me.

I’ve also begun exploring my passion for creative outlets further, which has given me more meaning and joy. My work with Amy reminded me that I am a deeply creative person who is passionate about art, culture, and music. I am very grateful this came to the surface during our work together.

My progress on the goals we worked on in our coaching feels clear and tangible in my daily life. I have a renewed appreciation for myself and can tell I’ve developed new neural pathways thanks to this work. I’ve become much more organized, and I’ve grown to really embrace and enjoy the process of getting things done – not to just make it about results only.

What you should know about Amy as a coach: she was real the whole time, she challenged me, and she never let me slide, even when that would have been the easy thing to do. She believed in me before I was ready to believe in myself, and she encouraged me to aim high and for things I might never imagine. And she was always kind, understanding, positive, and patient, even when things got tough.

My coaching experience was, in a word, transformational. It left me feeling excited to continue growing and learning as a person. I will always hold this experience working with Amy as deeply meaningful. I would love to work with Amy again and highly recommend her.
